Shortly after visiting a Tibetan Buddhist Temple, Susan and I found ourselves in Bangkok watching a PBS show highlighting a female Thai Monk. Apparently, they must travel to Tibet to be ordained because they are not otherwise recognized in Thailand.
We visited one of our favorite Temples in Bangkok, and were fortunate to hear the Monks chanting with the Temple's bells being rung in the background by tourists.
Kristy enjoyed the Kao Soi, of course!
Patrick was not a fan of fried mushroom paddy!
Of course I had seconds of cocoa puffs and milk, fresh fruit, and some Thai desserts!
As I mentioned before, thanks to Patrick we met Gangi at the hotel we stayed at. While we ate the fantastic breakfast that was included, he gave us recommendations like where to eat Khao Soi, or that we should walk down to Hip-Hop & Fries - featuring free music and free fries!
The second half of the hike was a little warmer with a steeper grade. I could not believe the weather was already in the 90's!

Chiang Mai Corrections knows how to do rehabilitation. What a wonderful experiences and the skill level of the women was amazing. First come, first served - we arrived around 10 and they were already booked until 3!
Sometimes you walk by some live music, and you just have to stop. Well it wasn't like that, but we enjoyed our night! This was the second band of the night, and they were pretty enjoyable.
When the lead singer's hat says 'Pancake', you are probably in the right place!
